Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana on April 15,1976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school. For her secondary education, Ward first attended Ouachita High School, but later transferred to River Oaks High School during the summer immediately following her Junior year. After a short period of time, after graduation, she enrolled at Northeast Louisiana University. When she was thirteen years old Ward began modeling, leaving school, and then moving from Louisiana to New York in order to accomplish this. Her acting career started a few more years further down the line. In the 1970s, she acted as an uncredited character in All My Children. A year later she was cast for the NBC premiertime drama for teens Malibu Shores. In the latter half of 1996Ward got a job in the soap opera daytime Sunset Beach where she portrayed the sexually virginal Meg Cummings. The year 1999 saw Ward begin her acting career in films as Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic comedy The In Crowd. The film, which was initially an economic failure cinemas and then on video-on-demand (VOD) it became extremely well-known. Following the film, Ward was in a cameo role in the hit movie Shallow Hal. Ward has been featured in a number of direct-to DVD movies as well as appeared in several guest roles on a range of TV series. Particularly, Friends. The character of Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she played the mom of a young woman on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. She has a personal life that includes relationship with the producer David C. Robinson. They have a son called Cameron.
